Sytrama presents many technical solutions in K2016 show. These new solutions make robots more desirable to an increasingly demanding market that looks for more safety, consumption reduction and increasing production.
Safety first
The new Sytrama robots have SAFE drives that make the robot cell more safe.
The integrated SLS (Safely Limited Speed) function ensures that the drive does not exceed a defined speed limit letting the user work inside the fences in total security.
Remote assistance
Through an internet connection via cable, Wi-Fi or GSM, our operators can connect directly to the robots.
Software updates, special programs, programming support and diagnostics are now possible in an efficient and fast way.
Industry 4.0
Sytrama robots are ready to be connected to the Industry 4.0 making consumption and production data available to process control systems.

6 Axes robot
Anthropomorphic robots can be integrated in Sytrama cells using the same inferface for carthesians and 6 axes robots. The operator can enjoy the SCP2 flexibility and potential applied to 6 axes robots.
With the new “SRC Six” control, Sytrama expands its offering by proposing a single control interface for both its Cartesian manipulators and anthropomorphic, multi-brand robots. With this product, Sytrama is able to offer the best automation solution for every need in plastic molding area.
“SRC Six” makes easy to use the 6-axis robots control, proposing the same graphical interface used on Cartesian type and, above all, the same programming mode and robot management. The basic package supply includes the anthropomorphic robot (complete with pneumatic and vacuum circuits) and the Sytrama controller (equipped with IMM interface, conveyor belt and guarding).
From January 2016 was initialed an agreement with the NTQ S.C. company for the distribution of Sytrama products in the Polish market. The agreement not only provides for the supply of robots, but also the complete installation service, technical assistance and spare parts management. This agreement is meant to strengthen the presence of the Sytrama brand on the Polish market. At NTQ S.C. showroom are available some of our robots ready for delivery.
