The design is created in close collaboration with leading Italian companies specializing in insert vibration and feed, thereby providing the most suitable solution for every insert shape, whether it is a pin, a nut, shaped sheet metal or a bearing. The inserts are fed in through vibrating buckets or rotating tables with dedicated centering templates. Automation is then completed by the specific insert loading and co-molded piece grippers.
