Sytrama collaborates with the best-known manufacturers (Kuka, Comau, ABB) to provide work cells complete with 6-axis robots, integrating the anthropomorphs with Cartesian manipulators, the most common peripherals devices or dedicated tools.
Our 6-axis robot control interface was developed to resemble the one that is normally used on Cartesian robots, with obvious benefits for users who are already used to using Sytrama robots on their production lines. By using the same programming language and logic we are able to guarantee a low impact automation standard inside the factory.
The basic supply includes the robot, the control, the guarding, and the conveyor belt to unload the pieces. The robot brand and model is chosen based on IMM size, and complete with equipment with vacuum circuits, pneumatic circuits, interfacing with IMM and set-up for external devices.
